This blog is aimed to answer the common question of whether or not you are able to fit a new deck to your beloved Westwood Tractor. Up to 1987, the decks were held in place by a pair of wire ropes - part numbers 2653 and 2650. The top drawing is a copy of the parts file 1987, page 10. If your deck looks like this then I am sorry but it is not possible to get a replacement cutter deck.
If, however, it is suspended like the bottom drawing then yes we have them available in a size 36" only. The price is £539.81 plus VAT. Please note, this does not include the carriage. For this you get a complete deck including the belt. The replacement deck should just slide under your tractor. This deck will fit all Westwoods from the 1987 model right up until 1997. After that it really gets complicated so please don't hesitate to ask for details on these.
